Lower test scores decrease property values

Elementary schools have been trending way down–3’s and4’s.

It is starting to show up in the middle schools, dropping to 6, 6, and 8.

York will be next.

Great School ratings factors:

  1. How much students are improving within a school year
  2. Performance on state tests, and
  3. How well schools prepare students for college.
  4. Equity component being piloted
